The anxiety of walking into a funeral home is incredibly overwhelming — especially when you’re there to plan your own mother’s services. Standing there, shakily pressing the doorbell, still unable to fully believe what was happening, is a feeling I’ll never forget. The moment the door opened, my siblings and I were greeted by Eric Daniels. He offered his most sincere condolences, and in that instant, some of the anxiety we were carrying began to ease. As we sat down to discuss what we wanted for our mother, Eric listened intently to every detail. He gave us his full attention, allowing us the space to share our wishes without ever making us feel rushed. Once we finished, he carefully walked us through exactly how everything would happen based on the information we had provided. Every detail was handled with compassion, professionalism, and care. To start, Cuffe made pre-planning for my mother easy for years. And from the first phone call after our mom passed, Eric and everyone at Cuffe was kind, patient and walked us through all of the necessary steps. All our my mom’s and our family’s wishes were met and surpassed. The room for the viewing was lovely and the funeral was just how we wanted it. We all noted how many attendants were there the day of the funeral to make sure everything went according to plan from at Cuffe through to the cemetery. I truly felt like I was free to grieve throughout and all the other details were seamlessly handled by Eric and his team. Thanks again for everything.

When you lose a loved one, you don’t look forward to going to the funeral parlor to make arrangements, do you? Well neither did my siblings and I. We were met by a seemingly nice gentleman, Eric Daniel’s, who happens to manage Cuffe McGinn. Who he became to our family in 3 days, was the angel we didn’t know we needed. His empathy, kindness and sharing of his experiences in his field captured our trust immediately. He answered questions we didn’t realize we had yet answered the ones we did, and made things so simple and seamless, taking the weight of all the arrangements on himself, as if it were his own mother’s wake. He introduced us with pride to the members of the Cuffe McGinn family, who all did an exemplary job! We had a memory table, perfected by Christina, that exemplified who my mom was in such a meaningful and beautiful way! Eric delivered on every promise given, even more so! Losing a loved one is the most painful heart wrenching experience any person can endure. I lost my husband, best friend and partner on March 17th, 2026. On that day I forgot how to breathe, sleep or eat, you know the simple functions of life. I visited many funeral homes and none of them touched my heart like Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home. I knew after meeting with Eric Daniels and Bobby D’Agostino that their sincerity and compassion was absolutely powerful. I knew that my husband would be treated with dignity and respect. These two people and their staff could not do enough for me. They understood my loss and made me feel like part of the Cuffe-McGinn family. When we suffer such a loss we are so broken and we need a family to surround ourselves with with love and support this is where Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home is the place to allow your loved one to rest and allow your heart and soul to feel comfort. My family has been exclusively with Parker Funeral Home for over 50 years. My mother in law planned everyone's in the family, she grew up with Dicky Parker. Now it was her time, and we were so worried about planning with a new place, on our own. My husband and I were recommended to Cuffe McGinn by Dicky and we immediately felt at ease with Eric Daniels. We've never done this and my husband's mom was our world. Eric was so easy to talk to, and fully explained everything to us. I can't say how wonderful they are there. She looked absolutely beautiful, with light, perfect makeup and they even did her nails. It was planned for Monday and then we had that giant snowstorm that hit most of the country. Eric and his associates still made everything perfect, even though it became two days instead of one. They really took care of us, the entire atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, and everyone was so nice. They went above and beyond and we're truly grateful that we found them. Dicky Parker put us in great hands for the future as well with his recommendation, as we'd only use them from now on. Thank you Eric and your team

My Mom passed two days before Christmas. My family has always used Cuffe McGinn. Eric Daniels made my family and me feel so comfortable and like family and not just another number. He handle and explained all things to make it so easy. The day of the visitation the two wonderful ladies there made everything as beautiful as possible

My mom recently passed away. Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home handled her funeral services. The staff there were awesome. My mom's hair looked great thanks to Suzanne Dow. Eric Daniels the funeral director was very good as well. His attention to detail was excellent. He was very professional as well. I found their prices to be fair as well. I highly recommend Cuffe-McGinn Funeral Home.
